Remuneration

• ₹61,000/- + Applicable HRA for candidates holding a Master’s Degree
• ₹67,000/- + Applicable HRA for candidates holding a Ph.D. Degree

Essential Qualifications

1. Ph.D. in the relevant subject or
2. Master’s Degree in relevant subject or
3. Bachelor’s Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average
4. Experience for at least 3 years in respective teaching/research, as evidenced from Fellowship/Associateship/Training/other engagements
5. Published at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) or NAAS rated ≥4.0 journals
6. Candidates with postgraduate degree in Basic Sciences having 3 years Bachelor’s and 2 years Master’s degree must have NET qualification

Application Process

The recruitment will be conducted through a Walk-in Interview. Interested candidates should attend the interview in person with their bio-data, two latest passport-size photographs, and a set of attested copies of educational qualifications (Xth to Master’s/Ph.D.), research publications, work experience certificates, NET certificate, and other relevant documents along with originals for verification.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on the performance in the walk-in interview.
• No TA/DA will be provided to candidates attending the interview.
• Decision of the selection committee will be final and binding in all respects.

Terms and Conditions

1. The individual is engaged purely on a temporary and contractual basis which will be terminated after completion of 11 months or upon filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.
2. The incumbent shall not have any claim or right to seek a regular appointment in the University or any government organization.
3. The incumbent shall not have any claim or right for continuation of contractual service after completion of the term.
4. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification or termination even during the contractual period.
5. Contractual engagement may be terminated at any time without prior notice or reason.
6. Engaged persons may resign by giving one month’s notice or by paying one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
7. Selected candidates must undergo a medical examination at their own expense as per university norms.
8. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
9. The decision of the selection committee will be final and binding.
10. The Associate Dean reserves the right to cancel or postpone the interview due to any unavoidable circumstances.
