गणतंत्र दिवस पर प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड की गौरवशाली संस्कृति को परिलक्षित करती ‘मानसखण्ड झांकी’ को विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्रीमती ऋतु खंडूरी ने कोटद्वार में जिला पौड़ी के मुख्यालयों एवं मुख्य शहरों में प्रदर्शन हेतु फ्लैग ऑफ किया। 18 मई 2023 तक प्रदेश के ब्लॉक मुख्यालयों एवं मुख्य शहरों में झांकी का प्रदर्शन जनमानस के सम्मुख किया जा रहा है।

Vidhansabha Speaker Smt. Ritu Khanduri flagged off the 'Manaskhand tableau', which received the first prize on Republic Day, reflecting the glorious culture of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, for display in the headquarters and main cities of district Pauri in Kotdwar. Till May 18, 2023, the tableau is being displayed in front of the public in the block headquarters and main cities of the state.
