पशुओं में होने वाले संक्रामक रोगों के नियंत्रण एवं इसकी रोकथाम के दृष्टिगत जनपद बागेश्वर के अंतर्गत भेड़-बकरियों में पीपीआर रोग के बचाव हेतु पशुपालन विभाग की संस्थाओं द्वारा भिन्न-भिन्न क्षेत्रों में ‘घर से चारागाह तक’ सुरक्षात्मक टीकाकरण अभियान संचालित किया जा रहा है।
