खबर के अनुसार, उत्तराखंड के बागेश्वर जिला स्थित पिंडारी ग्लेशियर क्षेत्र में बिना वैध दस्तावेजों के पहुंचे एक यूक्रेनी नागरिक को कपकोट पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार किया है। बताया गया कि रास्ता भटकने के दौरान वह घायल हो गया था, जिसके बाद स्थानीय लोगों की सूचना पर पुलिस ने उसका रेस्क्यू किया। फिलहाल पुलिस मामले की जांच में जुटी है।
