SDRF safely rescues cow that fell into river

A cow fell into the river near Lagsidhar in Chamoli district. On receiving the information, the SDRF Uttarakhand Police team immediately reached the spot and with tireless efforts, the voiceless cow was rescued safely and the cow, which was shivering due to cold, was provided relief by lighting a bonfire.
