जानकारी के अनुसार, उत्तर कोरिया ने चीन के राष्ट्रपति शी जिनपिंग की संभावित यात्रा से पहले साफ कर दिया है कि उसका परमाणु हथियार कार्यक्रम किसी भी बातचीत या समझौते का विषय नहीं है। देश ने मिसाइल उत्पादन बढ़ाने और नौसैनिक ताकत मजबूत करने की भी बात कही है, जबकि किम जोंग उन की बहन ने कहा कि परमाणु नीति में कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा।
