राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से.नि.) ने सोमवार को राजभवन में उत्तराखण्ड सैनिक पुनर्वास संस्था की बैठक लेते हुए कहा कि सैनिक पुनर्वास संस्था, केंद्रीय सैनिक बोर्ड और अन्य संस्थाओं द्वारा चलायी जा रही योजनाओं का शत-प्रतिशत लाभ सैनिकों तथा उनके आश्रितों को मिले इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से कहा कि योजनाओं को जमीनी स्तर पर क्रियान्वित करने और अधिकाधिक लोगों को लाभान्वित करने के लिए योजनाओं का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार किया जाए।

Taking a meeting of the Uttarakhand Sainik Rehabilitation Society at Raj Bhavan on Monday, Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (Retd) said that 100 percent benefit of the schemes being run by Sainik Rehabilitation Society, Kendriya Sainik Board, and other institutions will go to the soldiers and their dependents. He told the officials that the schemes should be widely publicized to implement them at the ground level and benefit more and more people.
