राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से.नि.) ने सोमवार को परमार्थ निकेतन, ऋषिकेश में आयोजित दो दिवसीय अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय संगोष्ठी एवं प्रतिभागी सम्मान समारोह का शुभारंभ किया। इस कार्यक्रम में विदेश एवं देश के विभिन्न राज्यों से पधारे साहित्य कर्मियों, बुद्धिजीवियों एवं हिन्दी सेवियों ने प्रतिभाग किया। राज्यपाल ने कहा कि साहित्य समाज में जागृत पैदा करता है और दिशा देने का कार्य करता है।

Governor Lt. Gen. Gurmit Singh (Retd.) inaugurated the two-day International Seminar and Participant Felicitation Ceremony organized at Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh on Monday. Literary workers, intellectuals and Hindi workers from different states of the country and abroad participated in this programme. The Governor said that literature creates awareness in the society and works to give direction.
