राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से.नि.) ने बुधवार को राजभवन में समस्त राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों की समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान कहा कि शिक्षा व्यवस्था विद्यार्थी केन्द्रित होनी चाहिए। छात्रों का सर्वांगीण विकास एवं गुणवत्तापरक शिक्षा हमारा ध्येय वाक्य होना चाहिए। छात्रों की क्षमता विकास और उन्हें आधुनिक तकनीकों के उपयोग के लिए तैयार किया जाना चाहिए। विश्वविद्यालय के पाठ्यक्रम, शिक्षण व्यवस्थाएं और वित्तीय प्रबंधन छात्रों के हित में हों।

Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) said during the review meeting of all state universities at Raj Bhavan on Wednesday that the education system should be student-centric. All-around development of students and quality education should be our motto. Capacity building of the students and they should be prepared for the use of modern technologies. The curriculum, teaching arrangements, and financial management of the university should be in the interest of the students.
