आंध्र प्रदेश से चारधाम यात्रा पर आयी महिला श्रद्धालु सपना का यमुनोत्री धाम दर्शन करने के दौरान स्वास्थ्य बहुत ज्यादा बिगड गया था। मौके पर यात्रा ड्यूटी में तैनात एएसआई मनोज सिंह, एएसआई मनाली राठी व होमगार्ड मनीष द्वारा श्रृदालु को चिकित्सा केन्द्र, यमुनोत्री में पहुँचाया गया, जहाँ पर डॉक्टरों द्वारा सीपीआर ऑक्सीजन के माध्यम से रोगी का उपचार किया गया, स्वास्थ्य सही होने पर पुलिस द्वारा महिला को उनके पति के साथ डंडी के माध्यम से जानकीचट्टी भिजवाया गया।

The health of Sapna, who had come from Andhra Pradesh on Chardham Yatra, had deteriorated a lot while visiting Yamunotri Dham. On the spot, ASI Manoj Singh, ASI Manali Rathi and Home Guard Manish, posted on travel duty, took her to the medical center, Yamunotri, where the patient was treated by doctors through CPR oxygen, the woman was taken to the hospital by the police.
