Deepak Bijalwan gets relief from High Court

Uttarkashi District Panchayat President Deepak Bijalvan was removed from the post by the government. Deepak had filed a petition in the High Court. The government has got a big blow from the court. The court has stayed the dismissal of the government. Deepak is now in Congress and Congress has now fielded him from Yamunotri.
