कैबिनेट मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने सिमली चमोली में सेवा इंटरनेशनल की अनूठी पहल ‘लाडली महोत्सव-2023’ का शुभारंभ किया। इस अभियान का मकसद किशोरियों को मंच प्रदान कर उन्हें विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में प्रशिक्षण देना है। 
इस वर्ष लाडली महोत्सव की थीम भारतीय हिमालय क्षेत्र में जलवायु परिवर्तन अनुकूलन पर रखी गई है।

Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat inaugurated Seva International's unique initiative 'Laadli Mahotsav-2023' in Simli Chamoli. The objective of this campaign is to provide a platform to adolescent girls and give them training in various fields. This year the theme of Laadli Mahotsav has been kept on climate change adaptation in the Indian Himalayan region.
