According to the Meteorological Center, an alert has been issued for dense fog in the plain districts of Uttarakhand, Haridwar and Udham Singh Nagar from 20 to 22 November. On the other hand, the cold in the morning and evening will increase in the mountainous regions. The severe cold will begin with dense fog in the plain areas.
