Cabinet Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the 'Thalisain Mahotsav' organized in Thalisain (Pauri Garhwal). He said that the cultural events held in our hilly areas present a live example of the lifestyle of the hill people and the will to live and this is the biggest feature of our culture and these events.
