CM Dhami inaugurated the 66 feet high National Flag Memorial at Sarvechowk, EC Road Dehradun, under the Smart City Project. On this occasion, he also inaugurated the main gate of Paltan Bazaar. This National Flag Memorial has been established at Sarvechowk Dehradun for the feeling of nationalism and patriotism.
