According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in the capital Dehradun, Bageshwar, Nainital and Champawat districts on Tuesday. In view of this, meteorologists have issued a yellow alert. While there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in the remaining districts as well.
