On the 30th anniversary of the Mussoorie firing incident, CM Dhami reached the martyr's memorial in Mussoorie and paid homage to the martyred agitators. On this occasion, the agitators expressed their gratitude to the CM for implementing the system of 10 percent horizontal reservation.
