According to the meteorology department, there is a possibility of heavy rains and lightning along with thunder in Dehradun, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, Pauri, Pithoragarh, Bageshwar, Champawat and Nainital districts on Friday. Meteorologists have issued a yellow alert for rain for these districts.
