Cabinet Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat participated in the special meeting of Bharat Scouts and Guides Uttarakhand as the regional president in Dehradun, in which many important proposals were put forward and after discussion, they were passed by the council. During this, the annual activities and future plans of the Scouts and Guides were also discussed in the council.
