According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Bageshwar district of Kumaon division on Friday, due to this, an orange alert has been issued. Whereas a yellow alert has been issued for lightning along with rain in some areas of Dehradun, Chamoli, Nainital and Pithoragarh districts.
