While distributing appointment letters to primary teachers at GGIC Haldwani, Education Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat instructed that the newly appointed teachers are being given their first posting in remote schools, where they will have to serve for five years. He clarified that no one should try to come to a convenient place before time or through any recommendation.
