According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in most areas of the capital Dehradun, Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Tehri, Pauri, Bageshwar and Nainital districts on August 16, in view of which meteorologists have issued a yellow alert. While light to moderate rain is also expected in other districts.
