According to the Director of the Meteorological Department, Vikram Singh, there is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in Uttarkashi, Chamoli, Tehri, Nainital, Champawat and Bageshwar districts on August 13, in view of this, meteorologists have issued an orange alert, while there is a possibility of rain in other districts as well.
