According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in some areas of the capital Dehradun, Tehri, Uttarkashi, Bageshwar, Champawat and Udham Singh Nagar districts on August 10, due to which a yellow alert has been issued. While there is a possibility of heavy rain in other districts as well.
