Health Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat, while going to Thalisain, made a surprise inspection of the Government Base Hospital, Kotdwar and enquired about the health of the patients admitted there and took feedback from them regarding the health facilities. He also gave necessary instructions to the hospital staff and doctors to keep the facilities in order.
