A Kanwadia fell unconscious near Dhandlapani on the Neelkanth footpath. On receiving the information, the policeman gave first aid to the unconscious Kanwadia. When he did not regain consciousness, the police personnel carried the Kanwadia on a stretcher for 4 kms on foot to the road, from where he was sent to AIIMS Rishikesh via 108 for treatment.
