According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, a red alert has been issued for heavy rainfall in Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Nainital, Champawat, Udham Singh Nagar and Haridwar districts on Wednesday. There is a possibility of rain with lightning in other districts as well. In such a situation, an appeal has been made to be cautious in sensitive areas.
