According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunderstorms in some areas of the capital Dehradun, Chamoli and Bageshwar districts on Wednesday, for which a yellow alert has been issued. While in most other areas of the state, there may be partly cloudy sky and light drizzle may occur at some places.
