According to the forecast issued by the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in some places in Champawat, Nainital and Udham Singh Nagar today. The Meteorological Department has issued a red alert in view of the possible danger. Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued regarding heavy rain in other districts of the state including Dehradun.
