Assembly Speaker Mrs. Ritu Khanduri participated in the famous 'Harela Mahotsav' organized by Bhimtal Municipal Council under Bhimtal Assembly constituency. She said that this Harela fair of Bhimtal is dedicated to nature, it is a mythological fair of Uttarakhand.
