There is a possibility of rain in most districts of the state today. An orange alert for heavy rain has been issued in Pithoragarh and Bageshwar districts today. Along with this, a yellow alert for rain has been issued in eight districts of the state along with Dehradun and Haridwar. People have been instructed not to go near rivers.
