There is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rain in the state today as well. The Meteorological Center has issued an orange alert for heavy rain for Pauri, Tehri, Dehradun, Nainital, Udham Singh Nagar, Haridwar and Champawat districts. The Meteorological Department has appealed to the Chardham pilgrims to be very cautious.
