Due to heavy rains in Champawat, the Karla river swelled and the Suspension bridge of Belkhet was washed away in the strong current of the river. Due to the breaking of the suspension bridge, a population of five thousand has been cut off from the district headquarters. People are facing difficulties due to the breaking of the bridge.
