During checking by Chamoli Police on the information of informer, accused Rakesh Ram alias Raka, son of Hariram, resident of Kulsari Tharali, aged 22 years, and Umesh Chand, son of Tika Prasad, resident of the above age, 27 years, were arrested while transporting 3.24 grams of smack in a vehicle pickup.
