During checking late on Tuesday night, Chamoli Police arrested Vikram Singh and Dinesh Singh, residents of Tharali, near Meeng Gadhere with the skin of the banned wild animal Guldar (Leopard). A case has been registered against the accused under the Wildlife Protection Act.
