Uttarakhand Public Service Commission had conducted the written examination of State Engineering Service from 13 August 2023 to 18 August 2023. On March 15, 2024, Uttarakhand Public Service Commission declared the result of the examination in which Ravi Shankar Joshi, currently resident of Haldwani, has topped by getting the first rank.
