CM Dhami virtually participated in the program organized by Uttarakhand State Science and Technology Council at Awas Auditorium. CM performed Bhoomi Pujan and laid the foundation stone of Champawat Science City to be built at a cost of Rs 55 crore 53 lakh. He also inaugurated a drug de-addiction center on this occasion.
