During intensive checking by Chamoli Police, the driver of vehicle Max, Naveen Prasad, son of Leelanand, resident of village Gudam, tehsil Tharali, was found driving under the influence of alcohol, who was arrested on the spot by Tharali police station under the Motor Vehicles Act and the vehicle was seized.
