CM Dhami inaugurated the 100-foot-high National Flag Memorial established in Dilaram Bazaar, Dehradun under the Smart City Project. On this occasion, CM Dhami said that by installing the national flag at a prominent place in the city, the feeling of patriotism and nationalism would spread more rapidly among the general public.
