Yesterday, Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya flagged off the chariot vehicles of 'Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra' in Almora. Under this Yatra, the targeted beneficiaries are to be benefited from 17 major public welfare schemes of the Government of India in the states. She also directed the officers to form committees at the district, block, and village level, which will organize 'Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra' and ensure access to the villages, benefit people from the schemes, and provide information about the schemes.
