A painful road accident took place on Dugadda Road in Kotdwar on Thursday morning. According to the information, the youth was going from Kotdwar towards Satpuli. Then suddenly an elephant came on the road near Lalpul. The young man got scared after seeing the elephant and suddenly applied the brakes. While applying the brakes, the young man's bike went out of control and slid. The young man suffered injuries on his head and chest in the accident. The young man died on the spot.
