Pilgrims broke last year's record

The number of devotees coming for Chardham Yatra has broken the record this time too. Last year, during the entire Yatra period, a record 46.29 lakh devotees visited Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri Dham as well as Hemkund Sahib for the first time. This time, before the completion of the yatra, the pilgrims have broken this record also. According to the information given by the Badrinath-Kedarnath Temple Committee, the number of devotees visiting Char Dham till October 31 was 52,17,177. This figure is expected to increase further.
