The Nyaya Panchayat level Sports Mahakumbh-2023 was formally inaugurated by Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) and Nainital district in-charge and Sports Minister Rekha Arya at the Indira Gandhi International Stadium in Haldwani. After this, a spectacular march past was done by the players. During this, various school students presented cultural presentations. The Governor congratulated all the players.
