Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar visited Patnik Gangotri Dham and offered prayers at Gangotri temple and the banks of Ganga and wished for the upliftment of the nation and public welfare. During this, Dr. Smt. Sudesh Dhankhar and Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd.) were also present. On the arrival of the Vice President to Gangotri, the pilgrim priests, temple committee officials, other administrative officials, and residents traditionally welcomed him.
