A woman riding a scooty died after being hit by a tractor-trolley laden with stubble in Udham Singh Nagar district. While the woman's husband was seriously injured who is undergoing treatment in the hospital. When the police took possession of the tractor-trolley and took it to the police station, after some time someone set the tractor-trolley on fire. The fire brigade reached the spot and brought the fire under control after a lot of effort.
