The second meeting of the general body of Doon Library and Research Center, Dehradun was held in the Secretariat yesterday under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Dr. S.S. Sandhu. During the meeting, the CS said that as per the present requirement, the mechanism of the e-library should be developed in the Modern Doon Library. He also stressed the need to sign an MoU with IIT Roorkee etc. for adopting the library system of IIT.
