Governor Lt GenGurmit Singh (Retd) participated as the chief guest in the Uttarakhand folk dance cultural program organized at Himalayan Cultural Centre, Garhi Cantt on Sunday. Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj was present in the program as a special guest. On this occasion, the Governor released the poster of Jaunsari Harul's song 'Hanol Seva'.
