CM Dhami laid the foundation stone of five schemes of the Haridwar-Roorkee Development Authority to be constructed for Rs 941.39 lakh in the Bhalla Stadium complex. CM Dhami said that the overall development of the state is our objective. He also expected everyone to cooperate in the development of the state.
