A hotel named Hotel Kedar in Rampur under the Sonprayag area of Rudraprayag was in dilapidated condition for a long time. The said hotel collapsed last morning around 8.30 am. The hotel was already evacuated by the police for security reasons. There was no loss of life or property during the collapse of the hotel. Had the hotel not been evacuated in time, there could have been a lot of damage.
