CM Dhami paid tribute to the martyrs at the Martyr's Memorial in a program organized at Gandhi Park on Kargil Vijay Diwas and honored the families of the martyrs. He announced that one additional District Sainik Welfare Office would be opened in Dehradun and Pithoragarh. The CM said that the maintenance of Sainik Dwar and monuments in the state would be done by the Sainik Welfare Department and the district administration.
